The Temple will be closed during the evening of Friday March 28 due to the partial solar eclipse.  This eclipse is believed to negatively affect doshas of people with the following janma rashis: Karkataka (Cancer), Vrischchika (Scorpio), and Kumbha (Aquarius).

A special Surya Grahan Navagraha Dosha Puja will be performed at 9:30 AM on Saturday March 29th for devotees with these rashis to help with the negative doshas caused by the eclipse.  Devotees may also bring wheat, black urad dal, red dhoti/lungi to the temple to offer.

Note:  Sponsorship is only for those with the above noted janma rashis.  Sponsorship is $21 per person i.e. $21 for each individual name that is sponsored.  Sponsors should include their name and gothram in the memo field of their donation.  Sponsorship can be done by devotees even if they are unable to attend the puja; priest will perform the puja on behalf of the sponsors.
