• Please provide the names of the sponsor and spouse and gotra (if known) in the memo/notes field of the donation (if not previously provided).  When performing the sankalpa, the priest will recite to name of the sponsor and their spouse, and also chant “and all family members” in Sanskrit to include blessings for all your family members.  Sponsorships received two hours or more before the program will be included in the sankalpa.  Please provide your address for a receipt at year end to be sent in February of the following year (receipts will be issued for cumulative annual donations totaling $100 and over). This receipt will include total for all pujas/donations done throughout the year which you can use for tax purposes. Thank you for your on-going support.
